MarketPulse is run by Rui Baião, an individual based in Sweden. Contact: support@marketpulse.watch.

A market tracker for private investors: charts, price alerts, fundamentals, news, and a portfolio view built from the files you import. It is an early version, free to use, and its features may change, move or be removed.

Nothing in MarketPulse is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Technical indicators, analyst ratings, sentiment gauges and alerts are information, not instructions. Your investment decisions are yours alone; consider independent professional advice before making them.

• Prices and other data come from third-party providers. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and their accuracy and availability cannot be guaranteed. Every price shows when it was last updated.
• Portfolio values and returns are calculated from the files you import and the data available, and can differ from your broker's figures. Your broker's records are the authoritative ones: check with your broker before acting.
• The data is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, resell or redistribute it.

• You must be 18 or older, and each account is for one person.
• Give accurate details, and keep your sign-in details safe.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at support@marketpulse.watch if you think someone else has used it.

What you add to MarketPulse (holdings, transactions, watchlists, alerts, notes) stays yours. You allow MarketPulse to store and process it only to run the service for you. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Please don't:

• use MarketPulse for anything unlawful;
• try to get into other people's accounts or into the systems behind MarketPulse;
• scrape or download data automatically, or overload the service;
• reverse-engineer MarketPulse or get around its limits;
• resell or share access to it.

Accounts that do may be suspended or closed.

MarketPulse is run on a best-effort basis, with no guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. It may be changed, paused or discontinued. Before shutting it down for good, you will get at least 30 days' notice where possible, and a copy of your data on request.

MarketPulse is free today. If paid features arrive, you'll be told in advance, and you will never be charged without your explicit agreement.

MarketPulse is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, there is no liability for losses from investment decisions, from errors or delays in data, from the service being unavailable, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or intent, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using MarketPulse at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing support@marketpulse.watch. An account that breaks these terms may be suspended or closed, with notice where reasonable.

If these terms change in a way that matters, you'll be told in the app or by email before the change takes effect. If you keep using MarketPulse after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, stop using it and ask for your account to be deleted.

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes go to the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can also bring a dispute before the courts there.
